DoughMaestro's Pizzeria's journey began with a vision: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi lineage, originating in 1985, opened this modest pizzeria rooted in deep-seated family customs that trace back generations.
Marco Rossi, the progenitor of our establishment, mastered her craft in the alleyways of Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Back in the UK, she strove to capture the quintessence of Italian pizza, embracing time-tested traditions and top-tier ingredients.
From a quaint eatery with only 12 seats, we've evolved into a renowned local hangout. Staying true to our origins, we honor the wood-burning oven tradition, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and procure the most exquisite ingredients available.
Now under the guidance of the Rossi's second generation, DoughMaestro's Pizzeria is still a family venture, with a dedicated team upholding our legacy. While we’ve incorporated modern advances, the soul of our work remains: making scrumptious, bona fide pizza that unites everyone.
